1. How does the USB-C port work?
Great question! The USB-C port on your charger is designed with safety and efficiency in mind. To protect your device and ensure proper power flow, it may only recognize the cable when it’s connected in a specific orientation. If your charger isn’t working as expected, try unplugging the USB-C cable from the adapter, flipping it around, and plugging it back in. This simple step often restores the connection and gets your charger working smoothly again!

2. Will the wireless charger work with my phone?
If your device supports Qi wireless charging, you’re good to go! This includes most iPhones, Samsung Galaxy phones, AirPods, and other wireless-charging-enabled devices.

3. Can I add a gift message or gift wrap?
We’re working on it! Soon, you’ll be able to add personal touches like gift wrapping and custom messages right from your cart. Stay tuned!

4. What if I need to return something?
